Terms of Service
Welcome to TamouhCV. These Terms of Service explain the conditions governing the use of our CV writing and career document services. By submitting a service request, you acknowledge these terms.
1. Requests and Service Commencement
Customers can select their preferred service and submit a request through our designated request form. After receiving the request, the TamouhCV team reviews the requirements and contacts the customer to confirm the details before starting the work. Submitting a request does not automatically mean that work has started or that payment is due.
2. Payment and Work Review
TamouhCV does not require advance payment. Once the requested documents have been completed, we send them to the customer for review. Payment is requested after the customer has reviewed the work and confirmed satisfaction, according to the price agreed upon in advance.
3. Accuracy of Information Provided
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents they provide to TamouhCV. We improve the wording, organization, and presentation of the information professionally without adding qualifications, experience, or achievements that are false or have not been provided by the customer.
4. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
TamouhCV provides professional CV writing, CV enhancement, cover letter writing, and LinkedIn profile optimization services. However, we do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or successful placement. We also do not guarantee specific results when using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as recruitment decisions depend on multiple factors beyond our services.
5. Revisions
Customers may request reasonable revisions to the delivered documents, provided that the requested changes remain within the scope of the selected service package. Requests involving additional services or significant changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.
6. Intellectual Property and Document Usage
After payment is completed, customers are entitled to use the final documents prepared by TamouhCV for their personal and professional purposes, including job applications. TamouhCV retains ownership of its proprietary templates, designs, tools, and methodologies. These materials may not be resold or redistributed without prior written permission.
